Free Digi Stamp

This card was made using a free vintage digi
stamp. Cutting the image out with an xcut
die, using a gel pen around the edges for faux
stitching and lightly distressing.

Boofle fabric paper mat and layered onto black
card stock, white gel pen used again for faux stitching.

Wild Orchid Flowers, hand coloured leaves and home
made hat pins with a dusting of glitter for effect.

Some stock lace and ivory ribbon and three
buttons.  Computer sentiment with a paper glazed
button with silk thread in the middle.

I am pleased with the overall design of this card!

Lili of the valley stamps

Anniversary card made using Lili of the valley stamps.

Image has been water coloured/H20's cut out with Xcut
die and lightly distress the edges.

Sentiment stamped and cut out with an Xcut
die and the edges lightly distressed.

Flowers all cut using Xcut blooms die and the leaves
are a Xcut quilling die.

Memory Box corner die used for added interest.

This wedding card was again made with a Lili of the valley stamp.
Coloured in the same way and cut out using Xcut postage dies.

Memory Box heart die was also used to give detail
and hearts embossing folder used on the backing papers.

Boots

'These boots are made for walking'

This is a digi stamp water coloured, die cut using postage
Xcut die and embossed using whimsey leaf folder.

Lightly distress then mat and layered to card stock.

Cut six strips of backing paper and layer on to
the same card stock.  Using dimension pads
adhere to 6" x 6" white card blank.
Stick three pieces of organza ribbon
behind image prior to sticking to strips.

Mat and layer sentiment.
Punch out leaves from same backing paper.
Thread three buttons with hessian twine to finish.

Great for using up bits of scrap paper!

Stamping - Snowdrops

Sheen Douglass stamp - Snowdrops

This stamp is so pretty, I have used Distress Inks (two)
on this stamp and then used a damp brush to pull
some of the ink to other areas in the stamped image.

It makes for a very delicate image.
Spell binder die to cut out the image frame,
go green back ground papers, Anita's ribbon and
a magazine freebie tag.

A very simple, but effective card.

This is a wooden box which was bought in its plain
state and I have used acrylic pearl paints to decorate.

Once I had painted at least two coats on and allowed
enough time to dry, I stamped the snow drop image
on the front.

Sheena's stamps are good quality
with deep etching, so even though the wooden surface
is pitted the image still remains true.

Great for a gift.

Fairies

I am not into fairies as a rule, but this range
from Papermania is just brilliant.  The colours
are out of this world, and the drawings
are to die for.

Very simple stepper cards but they look
so enchanting the more you look the more
you see!

Neighbour Wood Cards

These cards all come from the Neighbour Wood Range.

I love countryside/nature images  and these fit
the bill nicely.

The first card is a card on a card, just undo the
ribbon bow and put your secrete message inside.

Side stepper card rabbits having fun!  Great for
male or female.

I love this one of the fawn.

I have made the pins from my bead collection
just to add that bit of bling.

A little birdie told me..... another sweat image
and it looks as if it is in the tree.

Hot Diggity Dog Box

I started with a plain wooden box and painted it
with pearlized acrylic paint inside and out.

I then added various items from the Hot Diggity Dog
Range.

This is one of my favorite images from the range
and it is decoupaged.

I painted the inside with a different colour I thought
these two colours went well together.

Nature

These cards come from the Jayne Nettley Meyhew CD
Again these are very simple, because the work is
already done for you.

I just love how well these have turned out.

German Shephard again this is decoupaged and
kept as a sepia drawing.

This kingfisher has it's wing decoupaged,
just to give added interest.

Gate Fold Elephant Card

Butterfly Cards

Here I have made a selection of very
simple cards.
I have used Papermania Capsule papers, blooms
and ribbons which all match together a dream.

The butter flies are from Anitas range of Flutterbys.
All these cards are on 6" x 6" white cardstock.

The one below is my favorite
