Shadow Box Card

This is such a simple card to make.
You can either use two pieces of card the same size
and score twice either side, adhere your card together
on the outer sections or you can use a
card blank and this is much easier to control.
Score twice either side (10mm intervals, mountain
and valley fold). Prior to gluing the two outer
edges together put the front of your card through
a die cut shape to create your window into the
shadow box.  I used this piece cut from the window
to stamp onto then once I had coloured the image
it would then fit through the window onto the
back of the card and look great.

I covered my card with matching papers, some card
candi and ribbon either side along with a bow.

Your birthday message can be written on the
reverse of the card as there is no insert.
