This is such a versatile stamp (bird) by DoCrafts.

First mat and layer your base card, inking the
edges, and doing faux stitching for effect.
Adhere ribbon across the top right corner and
a bow to the centre.  Cut by hand a bird house
to suit the size of your base card using
kraft card stock and ink edges to distress.

Stamp your bird onto pink spotted paper and stamp the
wing part only onto blue paper cut out and assemble.
Using pink ink make a blush to the cheek area and add
white gel pen spots and a spot into the eye.
For the flowers it is a series of the heart wing stamped
onto brown patterned paper, cut out and stick together
in the shape of a flower.
Add some bling to top left corner and your card is
complete.

Gorjuss

'Gorjuss' range.
The cards have been made using a stamp and
colouring in to suit.
The first card is made using a card blank
from the Gorjuss range and simply adding
a paper ribbon to the left and stamping a
sentiment into a tag and threading bakers twine
through.  Finish by cutting two corners from
the range and placing in the right top and bottom.

This card has been layered with papers from the
Ultimate kit, patterened tape and paper
ribbons across the join.  A paper heart and bakers
twine tied into a bow on top.  The sentiment
is embossed and cut out with fish tails.
The flower was made using Xcut bloom dies
and then each petal creased to add dimension, held
together with a brad.  To finish add bling to top
right.

The sign below is made using stiff packaging card
for the backing.  Papers from the Ultimate kit
adhered to the card and ribbon across the join.
Punch two holes in the top for your bakers twine to thread
thought and knot.  Punch two more holes in
the lower part of the card for some more
twine with a button to thread through.
Two clothes pegs attached to twine to hold notes etc.
Decoupage the girl doing craft and adher to you
sign. Using Xcut doiley die cut matching paper and
stick to the opposite side to the decoupage.
Put together a box from the kit add some
ribbon and stick to doiley (this can hold all sorts of
bits and bobs).
Using a Gourjus brad place in the centre and embellish
with buttons.  Black paperclip thread Gorjuss ribbon
and pin to the doiley.
The adhesive backed letter are also from the kit,
the title is mat and layered using more papers with
the corners punched to add interest.  The first letter
of each word is also glazed.

Forever Friends

This is a 6 x 6 stepper card which I have
covered with kraft card and FF papers.
I have distressed the edges of the
kraft card and papers with brown ink.

From the Ultimate kit I have used a
box that I have cut down to size to
suit this card, threaded pink
ribbon through it and glued to the
front step.  I have used a paper clip and
threaded a piece of fabric through like
ribbon to add a different embellishment.
Cut a piece of felt using Xcut scalloped die
and mounted a circle  FF topper to the
right of the box.
To the top I have used a decoupage FF
hanging above the finished card and
using a paper ribbon across the centre
and three buttons to the side to finish.

Vintage Notes

I just love working with vintage notes,
the fabrics are great and give such a wonderful finish.

The first is using adhesive backed fabric in between
twin that has been wrapped around Kraft card
to give a diamond effect.

Felt flowers cut using Xcut bloom die and heated
to give a mottled effect, and a fabric covered
brad put through to hold the bloom together.

Sizzix flourish behind to add interest in the
Spots and Strips cotton fat quarter.  Sentiment
with blue Anita's ribbon threaded through.

Another adhesive backed fabric paper mounted onto
Kraft card with lace trim and gold ribbon.
Paper doily with felt flower cut etc as above.

This sentiment tag has some of the packaging
 twine  threaded though to finish.

Filigree card blank which has been inked in two different colours.
Acetate attached with lace trim down one side.  Vintage
notes  paper doily and sentiment. Sizzix flourish and
butterfly to finish the front.

The inside has a linen paper
which you can see though the filigree.

This card has been covered in a green linen paper,
Circle cut out of one of the filigree papers, spots and
strips bloomer added to the centre with a fabric
brad.  Lace strip for a border, gold sentiment and gold
bling to finish.
