A Little Bird

This is a card I made for a friends birthday sometime ago.

 

8 x 8" Scalloped card, which has been covered in adhesive

fabric to add a lovely texture.  The Bird house shape has

been covered in wellington script paper, the barges covered

in more adhesive fabric along with the aperture which has a

felt scalloped circle die cut.

The bird and sentiment is a die cut from Craftwork cards.

All flowers are felt die cut and held with a brad.

 

I am very pleased with the overall finish and so

was the recipient.

 

 

Ruby Anniversary

This is a commissioned card for

a ruby wedding anniversary. 

 

The main card blank has been covered in a light fabric

of roses.  The heart has been cut with an Xcut die onto

felt - gives some great textures.

 

Marianne die cut red paper for the corner.

 

 

Sentiment has been made on a computer, cut with a die

and chalks used for the edges to blend in with the theme.

 

The white leaves have also been coloured with chalks

to keep the theme going.
