Tractor Blue's

 

I have completed a few more tractor cards for those that love them.

 

Digi stamp coloured in with pro markers,

distress ink to the edges.  Two different

embossing folders used for the background

birds on a wire and grasses.

Xcut Cogs and scalloped square die. Organza ribbon,

kraft card stock and invert punch for corners.

Sentiment from Dufex range.

This card is a decoupage photo image, adhered

to a large cog die cut by Spellbinders

Stamp & Emboss

 

On this card I have stamped using kaleidoscope colours,

then used sparkle embossing powder and

heated the image to set.  I have used distress

ink around the edge to focus the eye onto

the image then mat and layered. 

 

Prior to adhering the mat and layer I have used

an embossing folder again of grasses directly onto the

card and picked out the raised areas with a little ink. 

 

Farming Cards

A selection of farming cards.

 

I have had these toppers for a long time and

finally have got round to using them.

 

This first card the topper was cut into each parts

and embossed with a branch folder.

Raffia has been wound around the card face,

three metal brads and a sentiment to finish.

 

 

 

This card has a vintage backing paper, and the topper

put on at a jaunty angle prior to using two embossing

folders one across the top 'birds on a wire' and one down

the left hand side 'Grasses'. Raffia again wound around

and card candi used rather than brads.

 

 



This card is simply toppers mat and layered with

grass backing papers.  Twine and raffia wrapped

around and metal brads.

 

 

On this card the branch embossing folder has

been used and various backing papers from my

stash.  Raffia, crystal bling and a sentiment to finish.

Patchwork Pals Outdoor Fun

 

I have had the Patchwork Pals toppers for a while

thought the images were great, but I did not know

how to present them on a card until I decided

to keep them really simply and clean looking.

 

All I have done is mat and layered the toppers

and sentiments, added a bit of ribbon and

embossed the backing card.

 

 

Embossed hearts

Another Magazine project showing embossing as the

main feature.

 

The main backing paper has been embossed with a heart

embossing folder and then inked and heat embossed with

silver embossing powder.  The strings have been highlighted

with purple Sakura gel pen.

 

The Black heart has been die cut and embossed on to

co-ordinations card stock and sanded to reveal the inner

core colour. The Sentiment has been embossed onto a

different colour co-ordinations cardstock and sanded the same.

 

 

 

 

Chronology Stepper

Another Magazine Card

 

This stepper card was made for Creativity Magazine.

 

I have used the Chronology range.

 

 

 

I have cut out two windows and covered with

embossed/inked parchment papers.

 

All cogs and clocks have been die cut and the

sentiment has been embossed on metal.

 

I have also put an LED candle inside to shine through

the parchment/vellum windows.
